How do I upgrade opencart 0.7.8 to the latest version?
I did not find any options in admin panel and I tried the following and nothing happened.
http://***.com/upgrade.php
http://***.com/admin/upgrade.php

I found a link to the following site from "News:" in forum.

Do I just download the new version and install it from scratch?

OOPS! I deleted the install folder as I was told to 1) delete the install folder & 2) change permissions of config.php and admin/config.php to 444 after installing.
Will uploading the install folder from upload folder to the server work?

Well if you already installed the new version, then you don't need to run the upgrade.
If you are upgrading from an older version, you will need to upload all the new files over the existing files, overwriting all.
Then run the install/upgrade.php
