Paypal Express integration LOOP !!

Bought thhe Paypal Express integration (OpenCart Mod) installs fine when I go to checkout (with somthing in my cart) the paypal express logo displays on the ACCOUNT LOGIN page. I then press paypal express ant this page refreshes (or loops).
I spent ages on the phone with paypal checked everything and it is all ok they said i am not being redirected to the paypal page.
They suggested contacting the software vendor as they feel there is a fault.
I have enabled the debug mode but there is nothing in the error logs.
Any help greatly appreciated.

It just loop to the cart page whenever the paypal button is pressed or when selected as an option during checkout.
