Basics first: Did you set up the mail server in OC configuration?

OC2PS
OC 3.0.3.7, vQmod 2.6.2, Journal3 theme
Arcfesték, Csillámtetoválás, Henna

Also, what is the email of the store? You need to configure that correctly. Also, make sure the email did not get trashed as a suspected spam email

like in MAIL.preciouslivefoods.com? yes, but it doesn't work, is it the INCOMING mail settings (or outgoing) that I have to put in ,in that "mail" tab/page?

No I mean like Mail mode. The drop down has Mail or SMTP.. in MAIL mode, none of the other fields are used and it just uses the php mail function

Are these settings there on this page for the incoming mail box or the outgoing mail box?

outgoing.

If you have it set to MAIL then none of those settings are used (except the parameters box)
If you have it set to SMTP, then the other fields are used as well.

Oh I see, thank you so much, actually I wanted to make it possible for customers to contact me by sending a message on my site, so I guess I need to configure somewhere the INCOMING mail box?
thank you again!

thank you so much for your help, so as far as the outgoing mail is concerned, I should leave it on MAIL, not SMTP, right?
