Can someone help me with this please? Im getting Permission Denied in Mail Template under SALES

you can give it a check on file permission. generally you need to set "755".

in your FTP client or file manager set the file to 755 (right click on the file and chmod 755)

I just chmod the files newslettersubscribe.php and .tpl to 755, but i still dont have access to the page
