Hey guys,
To resolve problem with pages not working properly you need to put rewrite command at the end of all ReWrite commands. That will do the work.

"Estimate Shipping &..." shows up despite being uninstalled
I have this problem that I cannot overcome. Despite being uninstalled and turned off, "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" is present on Cart Page. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Is there any way to disable it other then normal uninstalling and disabling?
