I removed HTaccess and got 500 error on trying to access admin panel.
well the whole website. I re-uploaded the HTaccess and i still get a 500 error when trying to access admin but not on the homepage.

I used Cpanel backup wizard. I think it was a full backup. As the backup file is 200mb smaller than my used data. So assuming for compression it is a full. So if i dont have access to WHM i can restore using phpmyadmin? What is the missing files for the website to work are all from the public_html. ...
