UPS Overcharging on international orders
My client has had a few orders that came through that the UPS shipping is overcharging through the store. The store is charging in this case $222.61 and the actual shipping was $129.35. Multiple packagers for 1 product
For the product we're selling on the size, it's only 1 product, but it will be shipped in 3 packages. 2 of the boxes will be the same weight and lenght/height/width and 1 of a different dimension. I'm using the FedEx module from Qphoria. Any ideas on how to get this properly entered.

Just for shins and grins I deleted those couple of lines from the index.php file and it works fine. Do you know what those lines are for?

I searched through the config.php for the store and admin both and there are no instances of 2 or 3 slashes together.

We recently had to switch to a new host and move the store to a subdomain (store.aquaponics.com). The store works in Firefox and Safari, but in IE it has issues with the images because there is an extra slash in the image path so it shows up as https:///store.aquaponics.com/image/cache/BV A-120x120....

Hello, We recently switched to a new server, and now if a user is charged sales tax (Wisconsin residents only) it bases the tax on the cost of the item(s) and also the shipping. No there wasn't anything in the logs but I did find the problem. Somehow the Geo Zone got set to the WI zone, switched that back to All Zones and it works. Had the same problem too this morning with the Shipping. Geo zone was set to WI so they could only ship to WI addresses, switched it back to All...

I was just about to ask the same question but I think I figured it out. Open the not_found.tpl file under view/theme/yourtheme/template/error/not_found.tpl. I needed the div id="content" to be id="store_content" and changing it there fixed it. Hope that helps.
