I wasn't able to find an equivalent to Nolo Press in Canada (especially in Quebec). The best would be to know personnaly a lawyer or going to free meetings that happens once a year (even less) in which you can ask every questions you want. So I'll have to wait to play my comparative advertising card...

That is funny. Take your time and round up your questions beforehand, :30 can go by fairly fast. I asked 2 questions : One about the bottom credits, and one about comparative advertising on my shop. The only thing I learnt with the lawyer is that I need to open an account to ask difficult questions...
