Don't use OpenCart 4.0.1.1 for a live website, it is still subject to heavy development and bugfixes.
Use OC 3.0.3.8, or the OC 3.0.x.x_Maintenance (3.0.3.8 with added PHP 8 support plus bugfixes) for a live site.

This error could be caused by the usage of PHP 8 which isn't supported by OC 3.0.3.1. Use PHP 7.4 or 7.3.

Common causes for a 503-error are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded.
If you are serious about running an ecommerce site, do yourself a favor and look for a more professional webhost, we wouldn't recommend Godaddy.

These days many captchas can be cracked by spambots. We therefore recommend a different approach: SpamBot Buster.
It protects the Contact Us page, as well as other forms, by using an invisible honeypot trap, and by checking for required keyboard/mouse/touch events.

Use OpenCart, not the Journal3 framework, the latter is known to be of poor quality, and many 3rd party extensions won't work with Journal3.
