I double-checked my files against your suggestions: All necessary directories are set to CHMOD 755 and all appropriate extensions (xml, php, html, htm, etc.) are set to transfer in ASCII rather than Binary mode. I've suddenly encountered the same issue.
The Import/Export has been under System for greater than a year, but today it's missing.
I checked with my host about folder changes, but they said no and all files seem to be in the proper spots.
Any ideas?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
