Export/Import Tool by JNeuhoff

Hi. Have uploaded the export/import extension for Version 1.5.2.1. and followed the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, nothing has happened when logging in to Admin. I suppose there shall be a new menu “Import/Export” under Settings, but nothing new under that menu. I have Swedish as the main language and have tried to upload the export.php file both to language/english/tool folder and to language/swedish/tool folder but still nothing. I have also tried to change language to English under Settings in Admin without result. Thankful for tips on how to solve this problem?

it should be under system > export/import

if its not there make sure you uploaded the files to the correct folders

All files are in the correct folder, have checked several times, but no export/import menu. The two tool/export marks are also checked in Top Administrator. Very frustrating.

The problem is solved. The web hosting company had changed the folder admin to admin_login for safety reasons. When changing back everything is working.

I've suddenly encountered the same issue.
The Import/Export has been under System for greater than a year, but today it's missing.
I checked with my host about folder changes, but they said no and all files seem to be in the proper spots.
Any ideas?
