I'm also having issues.
Here is what I've narrowed down so far. I typically like to use ounces for my products. If I set FedEx to pounds and update the system, as well as my products then it displays rates, but I still get an error on line 170.

Not sure if you noticed but that's why I was supplying the php.ini file. The issue isn't the extension being activated in Apache, it's that it's broken. I posted the solution.

Solution. I couldn't find anything related to fixing the issue when searching for opencart. However when I searched for CURL and Apache, I was able to find an updated CURL extension for my version of PHP. http://www.anindya.com/php-5-4-3-and-php-5-3-13-x64-64-bit-for-windows/ I hope this helps other...

Installation CURL issue
I've had this issue on multiple machines using WAMP. See attached image. You will have to open the image to see that CURL is uncommented.

Error No: 1146
Error: Table 'xxxxxx.product_to_image' doesn't exist
Error No: 1146
DELETE FROM product_to_image WHERE product_id = '40'
http://localhost/admin/index.php?route=catalog/product
When I try to delete the default products I get the 1146 error. I searched for it in the forum and couldn't find anything.
