I am 99% i know this answer is "yes," but just to be sure...It doesn't call on anything over the net does it? it is all on server, right? So everything is fine if opencart doesn't exist one day???

Best way to take custom orders?
What is the best way to set it up so that a person can select an item like a plate or a Christmas ornament, state which designs should be implemented (stipes, dots, circles, swirls), state colors, select font, and type a personalized phrase to be put on item?
