is not by date added

beacuse copy right is oc 1.5.1.3 and the black list ip and another thing in oc 1.5.2.1 is not in my admin page

in mail in order costumer one file is attachment in mail with the name
1bb87d41d15fe27b500a4bfcde01bb0e
and i should say its the logo of store when i download it and add .png
how can i solve it?
