I got a problem that I do not know what my employee used for username
I have tried resetting the password, but it I do not know the username
I do have access to the mySQL database

Need help and willing to pay for Modified Shipping
I would need the shipping to modified with a set % of 18% Delivery and Handling Charge. There is no handling charge for Orders being Picked up. I have 3 users in the system and all I can find are the two Admin users and no where can I find the customers that have registered? In the Dashboard, I do see 3 users. Where is it located????
How can I create a folder or group so that they are all in one place.

Found the problem
The problem was in the Payment Module
the setting was set to Cancelled.
Changed it to Pending and now it works
