I believe it is set in your php.ini file I would look under your root of install for the file.

I see the same sort of errors in USPS module, although occurring under priority mail as well, shipping values show in cart and seem low end, but error logs have same errors as reported prior in posts.
Has their been a solution?

for (handling.tpl) change the ($entry_tax) to ($entry_tax_class) on line 28
for (low_order _fee.tpl) change the ($entry_tax) to ($entry_tax_class) on line 28
