Not working here either. (/catalog/language/english/shipping > weight.php) If I change the line: $_['text_title'] = 'Weight Based Shipping'; to $_['text_title'] = ''; ...then that successfully removes the 'Weight Based Shipping' heading in the 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' section of the Shopping ...
