Quick question folks - fairly sure this is the case, but just checking...

Am I right in thinking that if card details are being taken on the payment gateway's website (e.g. Sage Pay Form, Paypal Website Payments Standard, etc) rather than on the hosting account where the cart is installed, that the merchant doesn't need to bother about PCI compliance and getting an SSL certificate?
