Hello, Thank you for your attention . Now my problem is solved. "Product Image in Order history" -- that module create some xml code inside the " order info.tpl " and " order list.tpl " file. For this reason problem created . i just replace that two files under system/s...

1. Product Image in Order history.
2. TMD Multivendor.
