Don't use the , for ammounts, use the dot instead.

An Update: well i copied each file across seperatly to the directory where i think it should be sitting. i can now see the export / import function in the system menu (go into system > users > user groups and enable it under administrator first). i havent a file to import yet as i dont know what fo...
