Hello, This account registration is Site Category Module in Journal theme. if you can find Side category module here : Admin->Desings->layouts->Product-> and find Side category in Column left. Then remove it. if you don't find please share your theme options screenshots. Thank you.

Hello stef83136, As per your error log server needs indexes directory.bu in your IMAGE directory dosenot have any indexed file it throws an error. To resolve this error you can put blank INDEX.PHP file in to that directory. It may solve this error. And with my knoladge you mentioned OPENCART version...
