I cannot access the backend In opencart v 4.1.0.3
I have installed the new version of OpenCart 4.1.0.3. But its backend /admin is not working.
When I type /admin after the web address, the frontend opens and the backend does not open.

I have completed the upgrade, but there is no change in the open cart, not in the site nor in Admin. Everything is the same as before.

Upgrade not aply
I've upgraded the OpenCart from version 2.2.0.0 to 3.0.3.2, but after everything else, there was no any change , what's the reason?
