I've upgraded the OpenCart from version 2.2.0.0 to 3.0.3.2, but after everything else, there was no any change , what's the reason?
What is there to answer? Please provide more information. Forum rules.

I have completed the upgrade, but there is no change in the open cart, not in the site nor in Admin. Everything is the same as before.
