add City to OpenCart

Hello,

Will "City" be incorporated in the future?

Having "City", its database structure should be similar to "Zone" table.

Customers can select City Name like selecting "Region/State".

International address format:
Country
Region, Province, State
County
City
City, District, Town(Township), Village
Street name
House number.

On many shopping site, users usually have type in their street name and house number. City name is selected by dropdown box.

And postcode is usually associated with City's name at least.
