Erroneous apostrophe

Hello all,
This is my one of my first posts, so apologies if it is in the wrong section!
I have built a website (www.sconchtextiles.co.uk) using OpenCart 1.5.4.
For some reason, there is an apostrophe in the top left corner of every page. I have had a look at the source code but cannot spot the error or work out where I should really be looking.
Please could someone point me in the direction of the file that I should be looking at or explain to me how to go about debugging this?
