I posted yesterday this issu...PLEASE see below... I contacted my provider, and they did increase my file size. However, I'm still unable to upload a file any larger than 2 mb, does anyone have any possible asnwers? I'm trying to set up a store for a local band who want to see their music online and I really need a resolution to this problem. Any HELP would be MUCH APPRECIATED!!! Thanks,

I'm getting the following warning when I try to upload an MP3 for digital sale...Warning: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini! Can someone tell me what I need to do to correct this. I have a band and we want to sell our music online. The mp3 was only a little over 2mb.
Thanks In Advance for the help!!!!

go into ur webhosting control panel, find php.ini and change "upload_max_filesize" to the size you need.
You may also have to do the same thing for "post_max_size" in the same php.ini file

If that does not work have your hosting company copy the php.ini file to every directory for you. I had this issue at one time also and that was the solution.

When you add any extension this warning appears
"Warning: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini!"
How do I solve this error

I had the same problem on a client's site. They sold large MP4 files. I installed an extension that lets you set downloads from remote locations and set up a Wetransfer Pro account. It worked perfectly.
