Booking, Reservation, e-ticket system

We are looking for a system that will allow our customers to book a seat in an event at a set time and date.

The parameters are that the event will happen every day, and there will be 4 events per day (all the same). So the same event will happen every day at 10am, 12am, 2pm, 4pm (for example) However there will only be 30 places per time slot per day.

Can anyone help / point us in the right direction to get such a module that might do the job?

I'am planning to build this out with more options. I'am interested in the requirement you have for such a system.

I suggest you add
1. Period. for hotel booking from date to date.
2. Better list

Basically we offer boat trips so we need a system that will allow users to book tickets on a day of their choice for a number of people etc. In fairness it a fairly similar system to this http://www.goliathres.com/res_website.a ... 100&cat1=2 is what we are looking for.
