Quote for custom development

I need 2 pieces of custom development done.

Can you please give me a quote for each and both together....

1) I need 2 custom fields (Text Box for VAT and Checkbox for Wholesale) adding to the registration page - on customer registration, checkout registration and in the admin panel for custom registrations.

2) I'm using customer groups to give wholesale customers a different price. Also, wholesale customers purchase items in packs of 3 and retail in singles. On the sale/order/invoice I want it to display text relevant to the customer group. I've managed to do this on the front end... cannot get it to work on the invoice.
