Per Item Shipping

Looking for a vqmod (hopefully) to modify the "Per Item" shipping that comes w/ 1.5.5.1

I would like to ship the first item at one price, then each additional item a different price.

IE:
1 item $3.95
2+ items $1 additional/per item

You could use Item-Based Shipping to do this. You'd set up cost brackets like so:

From: 0, To: 1, Charge: 3.95
From: 1, To: 99999, Charge: 1.00, Per (#): 1
Final Cost: Cumulative
