Add option button not working 1.4.9.1

Hi,
I have a problem and can't find the error, please help me.
The function of Add Option (in products) has always worked, though I haven't use it in a while, today I want to add an option to a product and the "Add Option" button doesn't work, I clicked and it doesn't open an option. I wanted to let you know that I have installed new modules in these last few months, but none of these modules have to do with options or anything related to them. I have checked the products files and I can't find the error, can you help me please? Or if someone else had the same issue, please guide me.
