Universum Pro - Product page restructure

Hi,

Wonder if anyone can help - I've installed Universum Pro and need to make changes to the product page:

I want the the three tabs 'Description','Specification' & 'Reviews' moving to below the images and leaving the 'General Info' where it is (and having it on all the time).

It's my first Opencart Site so i dont want to mess about the code in case it messes the site up.

I've tried contacting the seller but I can't get hold of him. If anyone can make the changes I am will to pay for the service.
