Shipping cost options on same-type product

Hi,

I'm currently setting up a webshop that only hold 1 type of items, jackets.
I'm unable to get shipping-costs working in the following manner:
Since we only ship clothes, I want the shipping costs to be fixed (I got this working), however, if people were to order 2 products or more, the shipping costs would be <amount>x<items>, whilst I only want the shipping costs to be max two times the regular shipping costs.

Example:
- Order one item -> shipping costs 5,00
- Order two or more items -> shipping costs 10,00

Is this at-all possible?

Note: I'm running opencart 1.5.4

You can do this with Item-Based Shipping, or you could set it up using the built-in Weight Based Shipping. You would set the weight of each product to 1, and then set up rates for your geo zone like so:

1:5.00, 99999:10.00
