I am experiencing issues w/ International (god I hate USPS right now) Shipping.
Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!
Usps is set to all zones. I have made a zone consisting of ALL international countries, and also one strictly for Canada. Both get the same error

I can get it to do a flat rate based shipping as well as item qty based, just cant get USPS to work properly

Have you made sure to check the appropriate boxes in the USPS rates list? That's the only thing I can think of if it's set for All Zones, unless your products truly don't qualify for USPS shipping (i.e. being too heavy).

got it working again :P

KIND OF!

I know it costs 10.55 to ship product X via USPS. If i Ship 4 in a box, It costs $35.00.

It seems like the shipping mod is only adding weight and no new dimensions.

For example , Product X is 18x18x6", and weighs 2 pounds.
To ship one, USPS is quoting $28.xx
to ship 2 its $30.xx
to ship 4, it 35.xx

each added pound in one box is roughly $1 (source usps)

v1.5.1.3
Ive got a few vqmods, forget which ones though :P Defalut theme.....

Yes, the USPS extension only utilizes weight, not dimensions. There's no other USPS extensions that I'm aware of that will do that, so you're best off either using the built-in extension, or developing your own formula approximating your shipping costs and using an extension like Formula-Based Shipping.
