Total Import Pro: how split categories

Hi there,
As I am not so technical I bought the installation service of Total Import Pro from Hostjars.
After 2 weeks they still haven't delivered a working module so hope there is someone here that can help out.
I am trying to import a fee from a dropshipper, but the categories are giving issues.
The feed (url, csv file) contains data like this in 1 of the columns :
Maincat>subcat>subsubcat>product
How can I best split these so I get the main Cat in the top navigation and subcat will be under that etc.
Hope someone can help out.
