Export/Import Tool - unable to export or import

Hi,

I've installed the 'Export/Import Tool' extension and trying to import my products, after reading these forums I was advised to export first and then change the existing products fields with my own, however when im download I'm getting a XLS file and when I open it I get this error only:

Can anyone help? I've tried uploading products, but it fails each time saying

'Uploaded file is not a valid spreadsheet file or its values are not in the expected formats!'

Opencart Version 1.5.4
Lastest plugin version

I having the same error "valid file.." when trying to import it.

It will upload if I dont edit anything, so I'm thinking its those fields like product_id, etc.

That I never have heard what to do with them?
