Hi,
I have sold 12 different items this month on my site equipatrip.com.
When i go to Products Purchased Report, it reports only one product name, no models (i dont have model numbers) quantity 12, correct total.

what is the prob and how do I fix?

My contribution does display the product model inclusively.

Having the exact same problems on 1.5.5.1. Did a test with 4 different products but report only shows one of the products with a quantity of 4.

Backed up database and truncated order related databases and did a fresh test and same thing.

Any help would be appreciated. Shouldn't have to use another extension.

Edit: I disabled the product that it keeps added to but 3 different items on the same order did not show up, instead the quantity went up by 3 for that one product

Geez, disabled all mods and still didn't fix it. Reinstalled 1.5.5.1 files and still didn't fix it. Tried different products and still same issue.

Other than the few of us, is no one else really having this issue or have many just not noticed it?

sitll got the prob, and it should work straight out of the box without another module.

Holy crap, so after obsessing over this error, i also don't use model #'s but instead use sku #'s. I put model #'s on 2 of the products i was using for testing and the report now worked correctly.

Bug? In the end it should be a quick fix i would think. I'll try to fiddle (product_purchased.php maybe) but it would be great for the Opencart Guru's to take a look at this please. (how do we get them to take a look at this issue?)

Surely someone could recode it so that it reads the product name? not model or sku?

The product name will be added shortly. Added to my to-do list.
