Looking for OC basic user manual for clients

Hi,

I've done some searching on the board and in Google and thought I'd ask here as I don't seem to be able to find what I'm looking for.

For those who build OC websites for clients,has anyone created a OC user manual?
I need a basic beginners illustrated guide (screenshots) of the basic functions that the store owners will need to learn to use their new OC website.

ie.
1. Add Categories
2. Add Options
3. Add Products/Edit Product/Delete/Copy
4. Change main page featured product
5. View/Print orders and update order status
etc.

I don't need them to know anything too technical such as how to install OC, changing payment or shipping options though.
I'm willing to pay as it would save me a lot of time.
I would need it in an editable format to customize a bit for each client (ie. Word .DOC).

I couldn't find anything but the online documentation, which isn't convenient for me as I prefer to have reference documents in front of me when I work. So ... I spent the last 6 hours today making an 264 page PDF version of the online documentation. The problem is that it's nearly 9MB in size most certainly due to the images. I have attached the cover page, which might help you.
