we have started to use masspay and deducting the transaction fee before commission payments are sent. normally my staff do it manually and tick the you will pay the transaction fee.
before when sending you the money the deduction was quite high. it could be between 2.5 - 4%.
now its 2% with a cap on that fee that stops at 50 USD.
so if we send $100 USD the fee is only 2 USD and if we send 10,000 USD the fee is 50 USD

trust me its cheaper this way.
