Non rendering background in internet explorer?

Hi,
I have just uploaded a copy of this to akshare.com/upload and the background works in firefox but doesnt in internet explorer for some reason :S

Could you post a screen shot and highlight what is wrong? It looked pretty much the same in both browsers to me.
