No - not really.
Why?
First are you talking about 35 translated languages: where is the complete list?
Second from which country you are?
Third: I would like to see the quality of your translation. To see something, could you please post here the complete content (all - from the first till last php.tag) of the ..catalog/language/german/checkout/cart.php?
Translating is one, understanding another.
If the quality of the translation is good, I am the first who buys.
If not, you will not make one cent.
That's easy, isn't it?

1-I don't want to swindle anybody...
2-I let the ipotetic buyer see the quality before buying
3-I am free to not say the way of translating.
So if you are so sceptic leave this topic.
OK?

No, not okay.
Why?
You are requesting money for it (15$ - which currency?).
If the quality of the translation is not that it should be, finally OC customers might say: OC is not good!
If you have nothing to hide, you should be more open.

why OC customers will say OC is not good? They will say for ex: Chinese OC translations is not good!
I let customers to verify the quality of translation ( not the quality of the CMS) before buying...
It's a simple offer.

I too started a script to generate translations on the fly... I never finished it because I had too much else going on and English FTW.. but I will assume it uses a word-by-word look up in something like Google translate or another site. Not to say that it's wrong, but I would assume it needs some minor corrections. Still a good idea for a first draft language.

What does it take to translate OC?
I have people in my work (one of which can speak and write 6 different languages) + a wide number of other people from around the globe (I'm not joking) about 20+ different country's, If its not to much work I will pass it around a few of the people in work and get it done.

Well, not that big knowledge - only a bit of your time
Just go here:

You can probably do your own translations
babelfish
http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ translates most languages
just select language from & to, it translates anything you type in.

Although babelfish is 'ok' at translations, its not good enough for this environment, the translations are not clean enough and in some case a can have some embarrassing outcomes which you don't want on your businesses website.
