% on shipping discount for purchase of X number of items

I am looking for a solution to implement a coupon/discount which to offer the customer a % discount on shipping expenses for the purchase of X number of items. e.g. if a customer purchases 3 items from a certain brand he receives 30% discount on shipping expenses. Could someone help me please? Thank you in advance

Well, you could use Shipping-Based Fee/Discount to give a discount on shipping based on number of items, but not from a certain brand.

You could use Manufacturer-Based Fee/Discount to give a discount based on the number of items from a certain brand, but the percentage would be based on the order total, not the shipping cost. Depending on your shipping cost set-up, it may or may not work for you.
