Second registration page

Hello. I need to have 2 registration pages. 1 would be "secret" for special customers. I've looked around for extensions but they all seem to modify the current registration form.
Using version 1.5.4.1.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm trying to add a question to our registration page, that would determine Customer Group.

http://www.marketinsg.com/custom-registration-fields. This should allow you to ask questions, and with a little modification, display customer groups accordingly.
