Query to set all products to default store

A question,

i have imported some products from an old OS Commerce store. Now i've got the following problems.

My categories don't have TOP switched on, and they don't have the default store checked.
My products don't have the default store checked.

Is there a way to run a query in PHP Myadmin to adjust the categories?

And is there a way to run a query in PHP Myadmin to adjust the products?
