[RELEASED] Price in product title with Specials price +sales

I've added a vqmod for adding the price and/or special price in the title. Also this vqmod adds the text 'SALE' to the tilte, product header and product description when a product is a special. This is for SEO purpose. Example: customer searches for ' sale canon photo camera' than your special product page has the term 'sale' in the right places.

With the price changing and in the title, your organic search pops out from competitors. With the 'SALE' text and specials price for specials and the regular price on all other products, both organic listings are standing out in the organic results so there is more chance for a click end therefor a sale.
