How to add EMS SHIPPING EXT

Hi,
i'm using 1.5.4 OC I just wondering how can i add EMS SHIPPING EXT cause i can't find it in defult shipping exts..
currentlly i'm using FLAT RATE and i would like to have also EMS option.
i prefered the EMS fee to be set per item but if it can't be so weight will be also good.
i tried to search in the forum w/ no luck.

You can create a rate called "EMS" based on number of items by using Item-Based Shipping.
