Shipping Issue

I'm new to opencart and not experienced in PHP but can manage HTML. The issue i'm having is that we want to enable USPS and UPS and possibly a few other shipping options but with our store being online and everything the shipping rates inside US are decent but for international we would need them to place the order and receive a follow up call about there shipping options.

The Issue is i can't figure out how to block all shipping methods and in place inform them that either they need to call to place order OR inform them that WE will call them to figure out shipping.

Can anyone help please?

You could use this extension to restrict the shipping methods when a customer is checking out from an international location:

You could then use the built in Weight Based Shipping.

First, create a Geo Zone that covers all the international locations that will receive a call regarding their shipping quote and call it "We will contact you with a shipping quote upon order completion".

Then edit the weight based shipping, and under the new Geo Zone input the rate 9999:0.00

When a customer goes through the checkout process from an international address, they will see

We will contact you with a shipping quote upon order completion $0.00

as the shipping option.

this is exactly what we are looking for i believe BUT how do you get "We will contact you with a shipping quote upon order completion" in there it's to long? and if i put as the description it will not show. Also is there any way to hold off on paying till we give them a frieght quote?
