. Version of OpenCart - 1.5.4.1
. Clean install
and I get Permission Problems as an Admin on my almost finished shop...
I assumed that it could be caused by other plugins or bespoke theme, but...
I have installed few NEW DUMMY versions of the OC 1.5.4.1 to see at which point the permission is restricted and it seems like there is some problem with OC's Permissions after installation.
Troubleshooting:
Step 1. Admin in the Systems - Users - Users with
Step 2. Top Administrator permissions in the Systems - Users - User Groups
Step 3. When you press SAVE everything seems to be OK
Step 4. But when you are back, you can see that for some reason the SAVE action saved Modified Permissions without of your knowledge...
Now you cannot:
- Modify Permissions including USERS permission
- half of the permissions on the list are withdrawn from Top Administrator where you are the Admin User
- I can only assume that most of the Access Permission problems are caused by the changes created by the SAVE action
I've tried to setup another user with All Admin Permissions ,but the problem is replicated - the SAVE is removing Admin Permissions - It seems like the tick in a box doesn't correspond with the relevant permission or there is some other reason.
Any solutions are welcomed.

PS. You can't even do the backup - Access Denied !
