How to improve checkout form to be predictive?

Hello guys,
Shipping module is one of important thing in ecommerce site. I would like to make easier my customer when they want to input the shipping destinations. I would like to make it like below :
When the customer input shipping destinations, there should be background process to query or search the database and showing the result in dropdown like above.
What should i do add the feature like that? are there any extensions like that?
