[Released] DEFAULT Template 1.4.0. CSS No inline styles

Just a quick merge and conversion of the inline styles for the Default template.
This might help people create more templates, or make easier sitewide changes.
I wasn't too careful, so might need a bit of a clean up before using.

You both seem to suffer from the same reading disability.
it says:
CSS
"NO" inline styles
Meaning that he
removed ALL of the inline styles of the original theme and put them into CSS ONLY.

DEATH TO INLINE STYLES!!!
Why I hate inline styles... because they ISOLATE that style into one file & it becomes an orphan (& a thorn in my side if I want to update the design)
Anyway. Yes, this template can be cleaned up even further. I didn't even try to clean the order of the stylesheet as I just wanted to release it. So feel free to clean up to your liking.
Shameless promotion of colour variations release - Default 1.4.0 template with green, orange, purple, red, teal, yellow.

That should be normal if (only) CSS 'operated'
