Logo Image Problems

Can someone please tell me why the tabs are flying up beside my image logo in internet explorer (7), while it looks ok in firefox? the image i need to place is 480x140, just like the one above. I just cannot seem to fix this.. I have not changed the stylesheet or any code at all.

yoour logo is to big. use css or something so it can fit better or just shrink your logo size.

Or increase your header space allotted for the logo in css
there's a header area with a height parameter there somewhere

Is there a way to change the tabs to buttons so the logo image would be flush against the top of the page? Or does that require a new template all together?
